Integration of 4 silos into TPM control system
Four silos were added to the control system, modifying the inlet and outlet valve cluster with 3” mixproof valves.

Start-up of aseptic tanks.
- Aseptic tank connected to Tetra Pak cleaning module
- Tetra Pak aseptic tank connected to GEA cleaning module, mechanical and electrical installation and programming.
- Polish-made aseptic tank, upgrade of Siemens S7 PLC and HMI to ControLogix AB.
-Aseptic tank with independent cleaning unit.

Pasteurizing Equipment 30,000 lts/Hr.
Design, construction, installation, programming, and commissioning of a 30,000 L/hr pasteurization system for rehydrated milk, chocolate, and oat beverage. Includes integration with a TPM control system.

Continuous Mixing Equipment.
Design, construction, installation, programming, and commissioning of a milk powder mixing system with a capacity of 150 kg/min at 30,000 liters/hr, with pre-mixing water heating, in-line fat injection, and a buffer tank directly connected to the pasteurizer. Mechanical installation includes the addition of mixproof valves in the valve cluster. Integration with a TPM control system.

TPM application fix for DELL Poweredge VRTX server equipment.
Tetrapak TPM control system with a fault in the HMI application with Wonderware Archestra; the application would freeze for minutes and sometimes hours. The fault was detected and corrected, leaving the control system working at 100%. The server equipment was virtualized with VSphere, and virtual machines were installed with Wonderware Archestra, SQL Manager, and Tetrapak Production Integrator.

Integration of communication signals
Integration of communication signals with 5 aseptic tanks and 13 fillers, with a centralized system to direct the signals to the selected machines from Tetra Pak's TPM control system.

Upgrade cheese vats.
Upgrade of obsolete control panels of cheese vats, change to AB control system, construction of the panel, installation, programming and commissioning.

Commissioning service
Commissioning service, breakdown troubleshooting and maintenance of indirect and direct injection UHT steam equipment.

Upgrade control panels for CIP cleaning equipment
Upgrade of obsolete control panels for a CIP (Clean-in-Place) system, with parallel startup to avoid plant downtime when cleaning is delayed. Integrating Contrologix PLCs and a Panelview Plus display.
